What do appointments usually entail?
Our foot care nurse will assess and treat any corn, calluses, and warts. Trim, file and shape your nails and remove your ingrown toenails. Accessibility is our top priority; therefore, our facility is wheelchair accessible.

Laser Therapy for Wounds and Diabetic Feet
There are several diabetic foot ulcer treatment guidelines, such as utilizing appropriate therapeutic footwear and applying dressings to provide moisture to the wound. Over the counter treatment is also available, however laser therapy has shown to be a cost effective and efficient diabetic foot ulcer treatment.
Laser therapy has been widely researched and has been shown to achieve good results in literature.
Recovery for diabetic foot ulcers was seen only after a few days following laser therapy. The foot ulcer showed to heal completely in a few of the patients, whereas other patients showed significant signs of healing. Reduction of the area of the ulcer was also obtained.

Mariana is our Doctor of Osteopathy (Numss) /Osteopathic manual practitioner, lower-back specialist, Mariana practices a European style of Osteopathy, which utilizes hands-on manipulation of muscles and joints mobilization using techniques including stretching, gentle pressure and resistance.
Mariana is also a certified LLLT Laser Therapist and incorporates Bioflex Laser Technology into her treatments to treat soft tissue and sports injuries, arthritic conditions, and repetitive stress injuries. Mariana is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her specialty is Sacroiliac Joint subluxation.
Laser Therapy
We combine our manual therapy techniques with Laser therapy to speed up the healing process. Bioflex laser technology is a low-level laser therapy used to treat a variety of concerns. It offers a non pharmological option to treat Parkinson's disease.
Bioflex can also treat and eliminate pain from achilles tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, neck pain , tennis elbow, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and much more.
Other concerns such as wounds and eczema can be treated with laser therapy.
